James Kamande

James Kabatha also known as Jimmy, was born on 12 December, 1978 in Muranga County and is a Kenyan cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and an off-spin bowler. James was originally a fast-medium bowler and later on reinvented himself as a spinner in 2004 following concerns about his bowling action.
He made his One Day International debut for Kenya in the 1999 World Cup in England. In the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, James captained the Kenyan Cricket team for the first time in a World cup.
